The machine can be ordered with different types and capacities of lead acid and lithium batteries. The lead acid battery has the advantage of simplicity and affordability. In contrast, the lithium battery offers maintenance-free operation.

The SILAD battery is a standard lead-acid battery and always need to be charged to 100%, HOPPECKE batteries support partial charging, meaning it can be charged in chunks at any time.

Because we know that for example in construction, there is a risk of high degree of defilement, we designed Elise 900 and MiniZ in order to prevent any large amount of dirt enering the undercarriage.

Elise 900 is designed so it can function with wheel as well as tracks. A rubber or steel track can be attached to the wheels using a spacer at the hub. The spacers then need to be removed when taking off the tracks.

Optimal operating outside temperatures are between -10 to +35 degrees Celsius. (+14 to +95 degrees Fahrenheit). While operational, the machines can function in temperatures as low as -25 degrees Celsius (-13F), which makes them ideal for use in higher altitudes, where competing combustion engine powered machines lose power.

Elise 900 uses a standard skid steer quick hitch SAEJ2513. There is no standard for MiniZ, but the design is based on the same design.

Our engines and their control systems are protected from gushing water and dust, in compliance with the IP 65 certificate. This guarantees their ability to withstand a jet-wash for cleaning.

HOPPECKE batteries are guaranteed 1700 charging cycles with a maximum drop to 80% of the original charging capacity, SILAD batteries are guaranteed 1500 cycles under the same conditions, lithium batteries are guaranteed 3000 charging cycles. All this is subject to compliance with the battery management conditions.

For Elise 900 the wading depth is defined at 400mm, for MiniZ it is 100mm. The machines aren't compromised by rain or a wash, in compliance with the IP65 regulations.

For HOPPECKE batteries we supply dedicated HOPPECKE external chargers according to the battery capacity. For SILAD batteries we offer external chargers STAR, ENERPULSE or ZIVAN according to the capacity and type of battery and also according to the required connectivity.

Yes, our standard attachments are universally compatibe, and thus can be used by machines of other manufacturers. The exception is with our unique electric attachments, which can only be used by First Green machines.

All our batteries contain cells with a voltage of 2V. The machine works with a voltage of 96V, so each battery has 48 cells (96V / 2V) with a capacity of 240Ah or 400Ah.

KOVACO Electric machines currently use two types of batteries, both of which are manufactured in Europe. SILAD batteries are manufactured in Hungary, while HOPPECKE batteries come from Austria.
